Born and raised in the UAE, with 4+ years in real estate operations — so the local market, the paperwork and the way business actually gets done here are second nature, not a learning curve. I keep the day-to-day running so the people in front of clients can stay in front of clients.
I run daily operations and the systems underneath them — administrative functions, internal processes, and the coordination that keeps sales, leasing and the back office moving as one. I support the teams on the ground, smooth out the workflows that slow deals down, and build the structure that lets the company grow without losing the details. When something needs to happen on time and without friction, that’s my job.
